David H. Moss
Founder and Managing Partner
David has nearly 20 years of leadership experience working for large corporations including Bank of America and Overstock.com. Most recently he was the U.S. Director of HR for Tower Semiconductor, an international high-tech manufacturer. As a solutions and results focused HR executive, David supported teams ranging from entry level employees to highly educated and experienced engineers, scientists and executive teams. He led many talent and leadership development projects. He loves getting at the heart of problems, formulating solutions, and working with teams to implement change.
He earned an MBA from the Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business.
David and his wife Julia have four children. David enjoys cycling anywhere there is a path to be explored.
Jonathan R. Clark
Founder and Partner
Dr. Jonathan Clark is a Professor of Management at The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA). He has served twice as the chair of the Department of Management as well as Associate Dean of Undergraduate Studies in the Alverez College of Business at UTSA. Jonathan is a co-author of the forthcoming book, Leading Through: Activating the Soul, Heart, and Mind of Leadership
Jonathan work to date has addressed issues broadly related to strategic leadership, organization design and organizational learning. His award-winning research has been published in leading management journals.
Jonathan has extensive experience designing and leading executive education programs and advising executives on matters of leadership and organization design.

Kim B. Clark

Dr. Kim B. Clark is the NAC Distinguished Professor of Management at the BYU Marriott School of Business.
Kim joined the faculty of the Harvard Business School in 1978 and was named dean of that school in 1995. In 2005 he became president of BYU-Idaho and served in that role until May of 2015. In April of 2015 he began serving as a General Authority Seventy of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. During his time in the Seventy he served as the Commissioner of the Church Educational System. He received emeritus status in 2019.
Kim is a co-author of the forthcoming book, Leading Through: Activating the Soul, Heart, and Mind of Leadership
He earned a bachelor, a master, and a PhD, all in economics, from Harvard University.
Kim was born in Salt Lake City, Utah and raised in Spokane, Washington. He and his wife Sue are the parents of seven children, and grandparents of 26 grandchildren. Kim is an avid golfer.
